Sheri Gooch and Denis Cohrs are experienced professionals who understand what is needed to make your real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
Mr. Cohrs holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida (1981) and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law (1984). Mr. Cohrs practiced accounting in Tampa Bay as a Certified Public Accountant prior to attending law school. Mr. Cohrs has practiced law in the Tampa Bay area and been a part of the Tampa Bay community for the past 27 years. Mr. Cohrs is Board Certified in Real Estate by The Florida Bar.

Sheri has been doing title work in Pinellas County for the past 30 years. She has done FHA, VA, Conventional, cash and 1031 Exchanges and is licensed with the Florida Department of Insurance. She acquired her (CLC ) Florida Land Title Association Certified Land Title Institute certificate in 1995.
Sheri served as branch manager for Fidelity National Title and First American Title Insurance Company, two of the largest title insurance underwriters.
She has worked with developers, lenders, real estate agents, for sale by owner’s.
