Mr. Cohrs holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida (1981) and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law (1984).\u00a0 Mr. Cohrs practiced accounting in Tampa Bay as a Certified Public Accountant prior to attending law school.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Mr. Cohrs has practiced law in the Tampa Bay area and has been a part of the Tampa Bay community for the past 27 years.\u00a0 Mr. Cohrs is Board Certified in Real Estate by The Florida Bar.<\/p>\n

Deborah is our Senior Closing Specialist and prior to working with Sound Title, Deborah had been the Closing Specialist with another title company since 2013.\u00a0 In addition to title company experience, Deborah has been licensed as a realtor since 2010.<\/p>\n
